1. Introduction
Welcome to Cnotely! We are committed to protecting your privacy and personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information, as well as your rights regarding this information.

4. Data Storage and Security

Security Measures: encrypted password storage, HTTPS transmission, secure token management, regular security audits.
5. Third-Party Services
We integrate with GitHub and Google APIs. Their respective privacy policies apply to data they collect. Frontend libraries used: Vue.js, Element Plus, Quill, Editor.md, jsPDF, html2canvas, file-saver.

7. Browser Extension Permissions
Our browser extension requests: activeTab/tabs, Storage, Context Menu, Scripting, Notifications, Side Panel, and Host Permissions. The extension only reads the DOM of the active page when you explicitly activate the clipping interface. No browsing data is collected or transmitted beyond the snippets you choose to save.
Users can view, edit, or delete stored data at any time. Uninstalling the extension deletes all related data.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Significant changes will be notified via email or a notice in the service.
